What is covered by this guarantee?

KEFI warrants the PowerBuild™ 7mm Knee Sleeves against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally for a period of one year from the date of delivery to the customer. One replacement pair of knee sleeves, if warranted, is allowed per knee sleeve pair purchased. If replacement knee sleeves are sent to a customer as a part of a guarantee claim, KEFI will cover all product and shipping expenses.

What is not covered by this guarantee?

This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage due to normal product use such, as but not limited to; logo peeling or cracking, material color fading, normal stretching of the product due to use, damage caused by improper washing, and other damage that does not impact the product's functional integrity. Replacement knee sleeves that we may send to a customer as a part of a previous guarantee claim for an initial knee sleeve purchase do not have a guarantee/warranty.
