Returns

Return Policy:

Our policy lasts 15 days and is available for all domestic and international customers.

Day 1 of the 15 day period of return eligibility of your starts on the date that your order ships. Day 15 of the 15 day period of return eligibility is the final day to request a return. If more than 15 days have gone by since the date that your order has shipped, unfortunately you are no longer able to return products from your order. 

Returned products must be unused and returned in their original packaging along with all receipts and tags. Returned products that show signs of wear, use, and/or being washed such as wrinkles, stains, hair/dander/dust build up, smell of perfume/detergent/smoke/body odor, or any other form of customer caused damage to the product(s) will be rejected for return. 

Refunds: 

The customer is responsible for paying the cost of their return shipping label, any potential taxes and duties on their return package (taxes and duties only occur on international orders), and a flat rate $2.50 USD restocking fee when the refund is processed back to your original method of payment. The flat rate $2.50 USD restocking fee is waived if you choose to receive your entire refund by store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card. The cost of your return shipping label, any potential taxes and duties, and flat rate $2.50 USD restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return package is received and inspected, our returns team will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product(s). Our returns team will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or by store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card. If you are rejected, we will send your product(s) back to you free of charge.

*Sale Products, Gift Cards, & Shipping Fees are non-refundable*

Exchanges: 

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges. We only offer refunds to your original method of payment or by store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card. If you need a different size or colorway of a product, you will need to place a new order. We aim to have your return refunded as soon as it has been received and approved by our returns team, allowing you to reorder as quickly as possible. If you are interested in reordering as quickly as possible, we suggest that you choose to receive your refund by store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card because you will have fast access to your E-Gift Card once your return is approved - compared to your original method of payment which can take several business days for your refund to be processed back to your account. You will be notified by email when our returns team has processed your refund.
